A tasting of Becker Vineyards Reserve Merlot & Messina Hof’s Sparkling Pinot Blanc
This vineyard is just a few miles from New Braunfels. It is devoted to crafting 100% Texas wines. Here, you can sip beneath open skies or wander through the rows of vines. Guests can join a guided tasting or buy a bottle to enjoy on your own. We wandered beneath the trees and savored their Blanc de Blancs — a sparkling delight that danced perfectly with the warmth of the sun. Crisp and made in the Methode Ancesterale style.

We also sampled their award-winning Sangiovese, crafted from grapes harvested across multiple vineyards in the High Plains AVA. Notes of plums, toffee, and bright red fruits made for a rich and vibrant tasting experience.
